Timing

Depending on the niche, some shots would take a lot of time waiting for that perfect moment.
After all, the timing has a great impact even if you're going to capture something abstract or unorganized. Have you experienced waiting for minutes or hours to capture an image of something you want?

I've tried taking a picture of a dragonfly on a leaf and that did take some timing. I had to be careful not to disturb it because it may fly away. Doing this kind of shot teaches patience too especially when the weather isn't cooperating.
