Setting work schedules

Because of work, I've no choice but to spend long hours sitting in front of the screen. Standing up and stretching from time to time helps when I'm starting to get out of focus, but I still get headaches. Do you have any flexible work schedule that can counter this? I have a problem setting decent breaks.

I mostly shoot my city's and county's political events and meetings, so I'm pretty tied to their schedule. You're right, though. It does get hard to stare at a screen for hours at a time. If it's not too distracting, maybe you could set a reminder on your phone to get up and stretch every 30 minutes or so.

What I try doing is working for 30 minutes and then taking a 5 minute break. It works well because it gives me enough time to get something done, but it also gives me a short break to look forward to.
