Renting Studio's

Just thought I would point something out. If you're looking into renting studio space for a photography business, look into the zoning of the area where the studio is and see if you could also use it as a residence. I have been seeing ads where owners are listing artists lofts for rent is the residential classifieds.

Just something to keep in mind.

Why? Seriously, you're gonna have to spell this one out for me because I'm not following. Is the bonus about affordability, just having more options open, or something else.

Is it a good thing to have a studio close to your residence? To some extent, yes. I think that what you're trying to point out is the accessibility of studio space; it should be easy to reach during any point of day or night.

You can always find a good place for a decent price.
Depends on where you live. An artist loft in Wichita is going to be tons cheaper than L.A.

Even if a person could afford both, why would you if you can double-up the usage in one house/apt./loft?

You raise a valid point about this, depending on where to live. If any photographer takes their time to look closely, they'll realize that many places exist at affordable prices.

I am not yet at that stage where I would want to rent a space for the business as I am only getting started, but this is a great tip. I have never thought of that. Thank you!

I have thought of renting space before, but I am also at that point where I don't suppose that a studio space would suit me. @Beck shares a great tip, plus there are many factors to consider when looking for space.

The last measure I slogan Gail Dines stand up for, at a talk in Boston, she moved the audience to tears with her description of the problems caused next to porn, and provoked chortling with her intelligent observations near pornographers themselves. Activists in the audience were newly inspired, and men at the result – sundry of whom had never viewed porn as a muddle first – queued up afterwards to pawn their support. The display highlighted Dines's unsound charisma and the truthfully that, since the dying of Andrea Dworkin, she has risen to that most sensitive and exciting of mr roles: the elated's leading anti-pornography campaigner.
