Is real estate photography a lucrative niche? Do you have any tips for looking for work as a real estate photographer? I wonder if most realtors take their own pics or if they hire a professional to photograph the property. I could see it going either way. I enjoy taking photos of architecture, so I figured that this could be a fun niche to get into.

From what I understand, some realtors hire professional photographers to take the pictures of their properties. I haven't gotten into this niche personally, but it would be an interesting avenue to explore. I imagine it would be lucrative, especially if you build rapport with a certain realtor who keeps coming to you.

All realtors should know that quality photos attract would-be buyers quickly. I believe that some realtors are professional photographers themselves. I am not sure if it is a niche that a photographer can concentrate on fully?
