If you have made a movie, how do you get views? I am trying to plan ahead, before I finish my short film. I plan on advertising online, but how do you draw people to the advertisements?

Market in relevant fields and on your social media. The first step would be to let the people you know that you have something new on the market. From there, branch out to "Friends of Friends", and then on down that line.
