I'm trying to create a terrifying wedding scene of the happy couple. They're both into Halloween and this is what they've requested. Has anyone found a great tutorial for creating spooky fog? I know the basics of adding dry ice and water to get the effect, but in my experience, it doesn't rise high enough to capture what I'm needing.

I know someone who uses anti-freeze to create the effect, it looks great, but I won't go near the stuff. Instead, I use distilled water and vegetable glycerin at a 15:30 ratio. If you think it looks too wispy, then add more glycerin to the mix. You'll need a fan to make your fog disperse efficiently.

A terrifying scene? Put a clown way in the background, preferably by the edge of a wood, just looking at the proceedings with a single red balloon. That would be rather terrifying.
